Privacy policy.

Last updated: July 14th, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Church Content Co. ("CCC," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand of Slobig Studios (a DBA of Anthony Slobig Jr. and Madison Slobig), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit churchcontent.co (the "Site") or engage our services. By using the Site or engaging CCC's services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Use of the Website

You must provide accurate information when submitting inquiries, booking consultations, or signing a service agreement with us. If we ever provide you with login credentials (e.g., for a client portal), you're responsible for keeping them confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

2. Privacy Policy Overview

We collect, use, and share personal information to deliver our content services, operate our client portal, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. This includes information you give us directly, information collected automatically through the Site, and information from third-party providers who support our operations.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you: such as your name, church/organization name, role, contact details, sermon files or media you upload to us, and billing information.

  • Through the Site: via Google Analytics and Squarespace's built-in analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (e.g., pages viewed, time on site, general location).

  • From third-party services we use to run the business, including Squarespace (website hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Google Workspace / Google Sheets / Google Apps Script (client intake, project tracking), Trello (internal project management), and Metricool (social media scheduling, where applicable to your plan).

We use this information to deliver contracted content services, process retainer payments, communicate about your account and deliverables, provide client portal access, and, only where you've opted in, send occasional updates about CCC. You can request account/data deletion or an export of your data by emailing us at aj@churchcontent.co.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We share personal information only with the service providers and partners listed above, solely to deliver our services (e.g., a contractor editing your sermon video, Stripe processing your invoice). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share client sermon content, church data, or contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Security and Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including relying on the security infrastructure of Squarespace, Stripe, and Google Workspace. No system is completely secure. We retain personal and sermon content data only as long as needed to fulfill our services or as required by law, or per the terms of your service agreement.

6. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at aj@churchcontent.co.

7. Cookies Policy and Do Not Track

Our Site uses cookies through Squarespace's platform and Google Analytics to support basic functionality and understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, time on site, referral source, and similar aggregate data). Google Analytics may use its own cookies subject to Google's privacy practices. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect some Site features. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking specifically using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

California Do Not Track Disclosure: Currently, our Site does not respond to web browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals or similar mechanisms.

8. California Privacy Rights

Under California law, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California residents have the right to request certain information regarding our data collection practices. While we do not meet the revenue thresholds for the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to apply, we remain committed to protecting your data and providing transparency. You may contact us at any time to review or request changes to your stored data.

9. Minors

Our services are intended for church leadership and administrative contacts, not individual minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we've inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

If you access our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

11. Payment Information and Security

Retainer payments are processed securely through Stripe. CCC does not directly store your full payment card information. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

12. Communications Preferences and Email Marketing

We may send service-related emails (invoices, project updates, meeting reminders) and, if you've opted in, occasional promotional updates. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing aj@churchcontent.co. Service-related emails necessary to deliver your contracted work cannot be opted out of while you remain an active client.

13. Data Breach Notifications

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly as required by law and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or portal, contact us immediately at aj@churchcontent.co.

14. Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy, together with any signed service agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Church Content Co. regarding data practices, superseding any prior agreements on this subject.
